Technology is moving faster than people and organizations can adapt to it. I’m interested in what happens in that gap and how we are caring for the humans at the center.
I’m a trained behavior science and learning expert whose work spans human behavior, people development, and organizational research. For more than a decade, I’ve methodically focused on developing people across multiple fields: higher education, management consulting, and organizational leadership at large, all of which inform how I approach this work. I utilize what organizations can measure to unravel the stories and subsequent needs that are often hidden beneath the surface.
A priority of my work today is examining human behavior under accelerated technological change with the hope of identifying what levers are necessary for sustained growth. The current Multi-Intelligence Age makes this work particularly urgent and leads us to ask:
At McKinsey & Company, I owned the global learning strategy and capability development roadmap for ~20,000 learners across regions, as strategic learning business partner to senior leaders and C-suite executives.
What do people need to change, learn, and adapt when the world around them changes faster than they do?
Evolution of knowledge coupled with practice will never manifest in a vacuum, so I thank you in advance for joining me in this journey of both discovery and intention.
