About Chelsea.

The speed of life is rapidly accelerating in ways unimaginable. As a result, I have witnessed firsthand how organizations stack technologies and ever-evolving ways of working while overlooking the realities of personhood. Technology continues to move faster than learning, habit formation, and behavior change can make sense of, all while the humans are constantly searching for new ways to operate within the realities of the current economy, the rise in loneliness, and balancing complex burnout.

My multi-disciplinary background allows me to support organizations in re-visioning their people development strategy with intention and longevity. The knowledge that I bring is steeped in evidence-based behavior science understanding: sustained behavior change requires an environment that champions exploratory growth.

Having arrived at these intersections via public health, academia, and management consulting, my journey has led me to a budding phenomenon: the harmony between people and advancement in technology requires symbiosis, and that gap is rapidly widening.
