Technology + Human Behavior
What does adoption mean to our organization?
When I enter a room, my intention is for the audience to leave with confidence in their visioning and a meaningful understanding of what change requires. I triangulate my behavioral science, people development, leadership development, and organizational research background to center the best-in-class ways we grow humans. My work is also grounded in years of leading and developing people directly, so what I teach has been practiced as well as studied. Typical delivery runs from keynotes and hour-long talks to workshops and fireside conversations.
Depending on your organization's needs, I am open to a conversation about the bespoke delivery that best supports both your short-term and long-term goals and aspirations.

My corporate, academic, and leadership development knowledge allows me to serve people via: in-person and online workshops (various lengths), keynotes, retreats, fireside chats, roundtables, small-group conversations, leadership training, and guest lecturing.
Formats shaped with the host; recording and travel quoted per event.
